MineShopify by Marsways Studios, Truchseßstr. 8, DE-74182 Obersulm ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Minecraft Integration: Minecraft username, Minecraft UUID (only when you link your account)

• Communication Data: Support ticket messages, email correspondence

By accessing or using MineShopify services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

MineShopify provides:

• A free Minecraft plugin for Shopify integration
• A web dashboard for configuration and management
• MineShopify Pro: Premium features for a one-time fee

3. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

4. MineShopify Pro - Purchases

Pricing: MineShopify Pro is a one-time payment of €15 for lifetime access.

License: Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pro features.

Delivery: Your license key is delivered immediately upon successful payment.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Resell, redistribute, or share license keys
• Reverse engineer or decompile the plugin
• Circumvent any security measures
• Use the service in violation of Minecraft EULA or Shopify ToS

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
• Abuse of the support system
• Any conduct we deem harmful to other users or our services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MineShopify is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MineShopify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MineShopify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stuttgart, Germany.
